Sending a Support Ticket

Hi Jammers! We wanted to tell you that you can send in a support ticket if you are having troubles. Sending in a support ticket will automatically go to Animal Jam Head Quarters, where the staff works around the clock 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure that you are safe and having fun in Animal Jam.

If you ever have any trouble in Animal Jam or you are not sure what to do if you are having problems with a player in Jamaa, click the support ticket feature to have your concerns raised with the staff. The support ticket is there to help you have a fun and safe experience in the game, so when you fill out the support ticket, give them as much information as you can to help them fix the problem quickly. You just have to fill out your email address, with a title of the issue, and then there is a huge space where you can write out what your problem is.

You need to always include your Animal Jam username and the parent email address associated with your player account, and then include any usernames of people who you are having problems with or who you are concerned about. You also can take screenshots and add them as attachments if you are having technical issues or you want to explain your problem through pictures. Remember to include all of the needed details, whether it is a technical issue or an issue with a player in the game, and staff should get back to you within 48 hours.
