Pet Parrots Arrive in Play Wild!

If you like birds as pets, the Pet Parrot is definitely a pet you should take a look at in Play Wild! It was only recently released, on November 7, 2018, to be exact. It is sold at the Sapphire Shop and Claws ‘N Paws for 50 Sapphires. Let’s take a look at what the Pet Parrot is all about!

Pet Parrot Actions & Special Abilities

Just like in Animal Jam, the pets in Play Wild also have special abilities and actions. Let’s take a look at the actions of the Pet Parrot, to see what it can do.

The dance action makes it bob its head, swirling it around. It appears like it is sitting down while it is doing so.

The play action makes it pick the ground with its beak, as if it is looking for a worm to eat.

The hop action makes it jump up, flutter its wings and then land back on its feet.

The sit action simply makes it sit. Its wings are slightly moving.

The sleep action makes it sit down, its head being down and its eyes closed. Its head slowly bobs up and down.

How to Get a Pet Parrot

Since the Pet Parrot has only been released a couple of days ago, it will still be available in the Sapphire Shop for quite some time. If you don’t have the required amount of Sapphires to buy it, you could always try your second option to obtain it, which is by trading for it.

Sapphire Shop and Paws ‘N Claws

The Pet Parrot was released on November 7, 2018. It is sold at the Sapphire Shop for a total of 50 Sapphires, just like all other Sapphire Shop pet releases. If you want a Pet Parrot for yourself, your best option is to simply go to the Sapphire Shop, and buy one for 50 Sapphires. However, it is possible that you are currently low on Sapphires. If that is the case, you could always trade!

Trading

Pets in Play Wild are tradable, just like clothing items and den items. If you currently don’t have 50 Sapphires, you could always try to find a player that already owns it, and is willing to trade theirs with you. Trading is quite easy when you own valuable items yourself. Keep in mind that the Pet Parrot is worth 50 Sapphires, so be sure to offer items of equal value, or more.

Pet Parrot Codes

AJHQ hasn’t released any codes in some time now. Currently, there are no codes for the Pet Parrot. If I do end up finding any useful codes, I will make sure to update this post.
